Change Order No. 3 to Phase II -C Contract: Commission <br />autho ization was requested to allow our Consulting Engineer, <br />Mr. Thomas A. Oesterling with Clyde E. Williams & Associates, <br />and our Commission Legal Counsel, Mr. Kevin J. Butler to nego- <br />tiate for a lessor amount to cover the demolition of the <br />City Bar-B -Q, Parcel No. 9 -12, and Coney Island, Parcel No. <br />9 -13, in the Indiana R -66 Project. This world be Change Order <br />No. 3 to our present contract with Howell Construction Co., <br />Inc., Phase II -C, for a mutually agreeable lower amount. <br />Mr. Lennon said the rationale for the request is that the <br />Howell Construction Company is in that area with his crews <br />placing the sewer lines in and this would allow us to move <br />ahead by approximately six weeks. <br />On mo- <br />mousl 2 <br />Counsi <br />cover <br />on by Rev.
