Williams & Associates, and our Commission Legal Counsel, Mr. Kevin J. Butler to nego- tiate for a lessor amount to cover the demolition of the City Bar-B -Q, Parcel No. 9 -12, and Coney Island, Parcel No. 9 -13, in the Indiana R -66 Project. Mr. Lennon said the rationale for the request is that the Howell Construction Company is in that area with his crews placing the sewer lines in and this would allow us to move ahead by approximately six weeks.
