8. 01HER BUSINESS <br />After some discussion with the Commission and Mr. <br />Lennon, Messrs. Helmen, Wiggins and Lennon all assured <br />the m tubers of the art group present that it is the <br />intent, of the Commission to consider the recommenda- <br />tions of the consulting architect, Mr. Philip D. <br />Simon s, as well as all interested art people - -both <br />local and non - local - -for consideration before any final <br />accep ance of the sculpture program for the Downtown Mall. <br />The a act format and recommendations procedure will be <br />devel ped in concert with local artists, the consulting <br />architect and engineers, staff and the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />9.
