Change Order No. 8 to Contracts A. B C and D; Ap- CHANGE ORDER NO. 8 <br />pr val was requested of this Change Order with Rieth -Riley TO CONTRACTS A, B, C <br />Construction Co., Inc., for a decrease in contract amount & D APPROVED, E -3 <br />of $785.85, in the Northeast Code Enforcement Project, <br />Indiana E -3. <br />Mr. Lennon advised this is due to a design change, whereby <br />the pavement thickness on Sorin Street was changed from 8" <br />to ". <br />On notion by Rev.
