CONTRACT NO. 3, <br />E -3 <br />These wage rates will expire October 22, 1973. If con- <br />struction starts on or before this day, the wage decision <br />will be considered valid and in effect for the duration <br />of subject project. <br />Con ract No. 3 involves demolition of: Parcels 26 -15, <br />at 21 N. St. Peter Street; 30 -34, at 701 N. Eddy Street; <br />and 35 -9, at 712 N. Hill Street. <br />a.
