<br />issued by the Department of Labor dated June 25, 1973. CONTRACT NO. 3,

<br />These wage rates will expire October 22, 1973. If con-
<br />struction starts on or before this day, the wage decision
<br />will be considered valid and in effect for the duration
<br />of subject project.
<br />Con ract No. 3 involves demolition of: Parcels 26 -15,
<br />at 21 N. St. Peter Street; 30 -34, at 701 N. Eddy Street;
<br />and 35 -9, at 712 N. Hill Street.

<br />awa d for this contract and we can now issue the Notice to
<br />Pro eed.

<br />the signature of Mr. Herman K. Walker, Director, Equal CONFERENCE, CONTRACT
<br />Opportunity, informed our EEO Officer that the Pre- Construc- NO. 1, E -3, E -5 &
<br />tion Conference for the scattered sites Contract No. 1 is R -57
<br />to be held July 3, 1973, at 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, in the
<br />HUD Area Office, Indianapolis, Indiana. (This meeting was
<br />later rescheduled for July 5th).
<br />Mr. Lennon advised both Contract No. 1 and No. 3 can now
<br />beg n immediately.
