HUD letter dated June 20, 1973: This letter, over MALL COSTS, R -66 the signature of Miss Fredi Beth Rolsky, Community Develop- ment Representative, is in reference to our request for inf )rmation on Item I, Site Improvement Cost and Engineer- ing Design for the Mall, Project Indiana R -66. HUDI's letter reiterates that the engineering costs are an ligible expense. HUD letter dated June 25, 1973: This letter, over NDP URBAN RENEWAL the signature of Mr. Choice Edwards, Acting Director, ad- PLAN APPROVED, A -10 vises the local approvals submitted in support of the Urban Renewal Plan for the NDP have been found satisfactory.
