Jefferson Blvd. <br />Vice President South Bend, Ind. 46601 <br />1. The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, met in a Special <br />Meeting, in Room 1200, County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson <br />Boulevard, in the City of South Bend, at 1:30 P.M., E.S.T., on <br />the 16th day of July, 1973 - -the place, hour, and date, duly es- <br />tablished for the holding of such meeting. <br />The Vice President called the meeting to order and the follow- <br />ing Commissioners were present for the roll call: <br />Mr. John E. Chenney, Vice President <br />Rev. Willie V. Williams, Secretary <br />Mr. B. L. Wade, Assistant Secretary <br />Mr. Donald A. Wiggins, Member <br />Mr. Fred J.
