NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, will be held in Room 1200, County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson, in the City of South Bend, in the regular meeting place thereof, on the 16th day of July, 1973, at 1:30 P.M., E.S.T., for the purpose of: a. Action on Resolution No. 456, declaring Central Downtown Renewal Area to be blighted and approving an urban renewal plan and condi- tions under which relocation payments will be made for Project Indiana R -66 and for the making of certain minor changes to the Urban Renewal Plana b.
