HUD letter dated May 24, 1973: This letter, over <br />the signature of Mr. Choice Edwards, Acting Director, ad- <br />vised HUD has allocated an additional $57,341 grant to <br />assist in financing the Northeast Code Enforcement Project <br />Indiana E -3. A proposed contract, to be executed, will be <br />forwarded at a later date, stating the terms and conditions <br />un er which the allocated funds will be made available. <br />HUE, approval of this budget (HUD -6171) authorizes our staff <br />to incur costs in conformity with the budget and contract <br />from the date of this letter. <br />d.
