<br />On otion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade and unani-
<br />mously carried, the above - listed Rehabilitation Grant

<br />f. NAHRO Annual State Chapter Meeting: Authorization NAHRO ANNUAL STATE
<br />was requested for two staff members to attend the NAHRO CHAPTER MEETING,
<br />Annual State Chapter Meeting, in Nashville, Indiana, June NASHVILLE, INDIANA,
<br />27 through 30, 1973. Mr. Lennon said he would be the one JUNE 27 THRU 30, 1973
<br />staff member going for one day as a speaker, and authoriza-
<br />tion for one other staff member, down in Brown County.
<br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unani-
<br />mously carried, two staff members were authorized to attend
<br />the above meeting.

<br />a. Washington, D. C. Directors Conference: Mr. Lennon WASHINGTON, D.C.
<br />submitted a written report on the May 8 to 11, 1973 National DIRECTORS CONFERENCE
<br />Model Cities - Community Development Directors Conference, REPORT
<br />in Washington, D. C., dated May 23, 1973, concerning Community
<br />Revenue Sharing, with copies to the Redevelopment Commission
<br />and our files.
<br />b. NAHRO Institute Conference, Rochester, N.Y.: Mr. NAHRO INSTITUTE
<br />William C. Ellison, submitted a written report on the insti- CONFERENCE, ROCHESTER,
<br />tute on property rehabilitation financing -- innovations and NEW YORK
<br />existing options, which he attended in Rochester, New York.
<br />The Conference was designed to bring together representatives
<br />of various states in connection with the Federally- assisted
<br />hou ing programs, particularly the 115 Grant and 312 Loan
<br />Pro rams.
<br />Mr. Ellison's comment in observing Rochester, New York's urban -
<br />ren wal and code enforcement areas was that we can be very
<br />pro d of South Bend.
