Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Mr. William C. <br />ison, Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Division, sub - <br />ted a written report for the site office operations: <br />OnE initial inspection, nine re- inspections, six follow -up <br />inspections, six final inspections, five grants approved <br />in total amount of $13,744.00, one loan approved, and 23 <br />pr gress inspections. Continuing to process burned -out <br />structures and vacant houses in all three areas for demoli- <br />ti n. <br />Mr. Keith P. Crighton, Finance Officer, advised in his written <br />re ort the financial advisors are presently working with Mrs. <br />Re elda Robinson, E -3 Project Coordinator, to clear up the <br />cases previously listed as inoperative. Currently processing <br />ei ht structures for submission to the Board of Public Safety <br />in the near future. All of these structures are vacant at <br />thE present time and most of them have been fired and /or <br />va dalized. <br />Renelda Robinson and Mrs. Margaret Rush, Neighborhood <br />inators, both submitted monthly reports <br />g. Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, <br />Di ctor of Residential Relocation, submitted a written <br />rep rt for her staff: <br />Kal y School Site, Indiana R -66, Indiana R -57 and Merry <br />Ave ue, remain the same as previous month's report. <br />Cod Enforcement E -3 workload of two individuals has been <br />dec eased by one family from previous month's report, which <br />had been two individuals and one family. <br />Mod 1 Cities Substandard, the workload has been increased <br />by ne family -- leaving a current workload of five (5) fami- <br />lie . <br />Cit -Wide workload has been increased from seven (7) to <br />fourteen (14) - -this being 13 families and 1 individual. <br />One family moved and the individual is not interested in <br />Public Housing. Housing Authority refuses to house three of <br />our families. We have received eight (8) substandard referrals <br />sin a our last report. Intakes have been taken. Working with <br />fam lies and individual. <br />Sou heast side A -10 Project: 43 Intakes taken (32 families, <br />11 ndividuals). Informational statements have been delivered <br />and signed receipts on file. <br />Mod( <br />15 <br />and <br />1 Cities A -10 Project: 38 Intakes taken (23 families, <br />ndividuals).
