Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 32: Authorization to advertise for this contract was received in Commission Meeting of February 16, 1973. Advertisement ap- peared in The South Bend Tribune on February 23 and March 2, 1973. Parcel No. 9 -2A, located at 108 West Washington Street, was added to the contract, since Commission advertising ap- proval. Bid opening was March 14, 1973, at 10:00 A.M., E.S.T., with three (3) firms submitting bids out of nine (9) receiving bid documents. The bids received were: f Contractor Warne and Sons, Inc. Ind. 46628 O'Neal Trucking Company 1104 West Donald Street South Bend, Ind. 46613 Milley Construction Company R.D. 3, Garthwaite Road Mario , Ind. 46952 Amount of Bid $ 37,600.00 $ 18,200.00 $ 12,880.00 The E gineer's estimate was $16,000.00. The recommendation was the award go to the low bidder, Miller Construction Compa y. They are working on schedule with the other demoli- tion contract they have with us. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev.
