4. COMMUNICATIONS (Cont'd <br />HUD letter dated March 5, 1973: This letter, over <br />the s gnature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Operations <br />Division, approved the Annual Administrative Budget for the <br />Department of Redevelopment, HUD Form 6221. <br />Mr. L nnon said copies of the Annual Administrative Budget <br />were istributed to the Commission in January, 1973, and this <br />is th HUD official notification of approval. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and unani- <br />mously carried, the letter be received and placed on file. <br />HUD letter dated March 6, 1973: This letter, over <br />the s gnature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Operations <br />Divis on, confirms recent conversation with staff regarding <br />Project R -57. Area Office anticipates project close -out in <br />September, 1973. LPA is aiming for July 1, 1973 close -out <br />date. As a result of Regional scheduling problems, it will <br />not b possible to request the initiation of the final audit <br />prior to July 1, 1973. <br />Also,1there are no additional funds available for this project. <br />On mo ion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unani- <br />mous) carried, the letter be received and placed on file. <br />HUD APPROVES ANNUAL <br />ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET <br />FINAL AUDIT, R -57 <br />d. HUD letter dated March 6, 1973: This letter, over NDP IMPLEMENTATION <br />the s gnature of Miss Fredi Beth Rolsky, Community Development <br />Representative, confirms recent discussions concerning the <br />South Bend N.D.P. The Area Office is working under stringent <br />Central Office guidelines relating to implementation of new <br />N.D.P 's. <br />Asa result of these guidelines, it is imperative the Area <br />Office receives information indicating the activities to be <br />included in the Urban Renewal Plan no later than March 23, <br />1973. In addition to the activities, a "guesstimate" budget <br />for these activities should be submitted. <br />Mr. Innon advised we have met with the PAC Committees and <br />have greed we can meet date of March 23, 1973. <br />On mo�ion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unani- <br />mous) carried, the letter be received and placed on file. <br />HUD letter dated March 8, 1973: This letter, over <br />the s gnature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Operations <br />Divis on, approves revised Budget No. 16 for Project Indiana <br />R -57. <br />On mo�ion by Rev.
