Petition received and refeered to the City Engineer for specifications for a Grade on. the First Alley North of Navarre Street -fr. on "La,Favrette street to Main Street. d .Remonstrance received and placed on file reRlonstrantiin.g against the Condemnation on Leer Street. Bauer on the construction of Grade,Curb and Walk on East Calvert Street Improvement res*lUtiin Ne.40. $ 26g.11 - -In the matter of letting the contract for the Grading of Elwood and e*dwRrd Avenue from Portage Avenue to the South line of the Right of way of the, Michigan Central Railroad. Improvement Resolution no.44 the Board ordered tree -same relet and bids to be advertised for. Resolved that notice be published on the 19th. and on. the 25th. days of October 1910 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10.A.i.,in the South Bend daily Times,en the llth. day of November 1910. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
