HUD letter dated January 12, 1973: This letter PERSONNEL POLICY <br />over the signature of Miss Fredi Beth Rolsky, Community ACCEPTED BY HUD <br />Development Representative, advises the Personnel Policy <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, <br />has been reviewed and found acceptable. <br />Moti n was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams <br />and arried, that the letter be received and placed on <br />file <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />1973 Salaries for Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Lennon <br />said base on t e Commission's recommendation, he has had <br />a chance to review and speak to the Department Heads on <br />evaluation of their staff, and has submitted his recommen- <br />dation to the Commission for the 1973 proposed salaries <br />and itle changes for the Department of Redevelopment <br />staf . <br />On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Wade and unani- <br />mous y carried, the 1973 proposed salaries and titles, as <br />submitted by Mr. Charles F. Lennon, Jr., to the Redevelop- <br />ment Commission, 1- 19 -73, were approved. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />i. Resolution No. 435: This Resolution approves <br />and rovides for the execution of the Eighth Amendatory <br />Cont act amending Contract Indiana R- 57(LG), by and be- <br />tweei the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />and he U.S. of America, Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br />This relates to earlier discussion under Communications, <br />4a, for Commission approval and execution of revised page. <br />HUD made an error in the figures presented to them and <br />Commission execution is requested. The change is for the <br />line items, not the amount we received.
