6 �:Cl <br />Board met in regular session at 7-15 P.M. Mr, Niedbalski absent <br />Curb and Walk Improvement on North La,Fayette,Street Resolution NO.29 defered <br />untill June 17th.1910 <br />,/Pipe Sewer on East Madison Street Improvement Resolution No.2S.defered untill <br />June 14th. 1910 <br />All action on Improvement Resolution No.27 Walks on Fuerbringer Street recirided. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No.26. for a Pipe Sewer on,Milton <br />Avenue from Michigan -Street to Witwer Avenue. <br />In the above matter no remonstretors appeared and no remonstrances were filed <br />Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said <br />improvementalthat the benefitsto the property,an6 to the City of South Bend <br />are equil to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby <br />in all things ratified confirmed and approved. <br />Be itI Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the <br />15th. of June and on 22th. of June 1910 to the effect that this Board will <br />receive bids for the construction of said Improvement up to 10 A.M. on the <br />6th. day of July 1910. The Board reserves the right to reject any and -all bids. <br />Tn the matter of the Condemnation Resolution WO.1 for the opening of Catalpa _ <br />J Avenue from the First .Alley North of Leon Court to Prairie Avenue,it is held <br />the benefits are Two-. Hundred and Twenty Dollars.and the damages are Two Hundr <br />Dollars. The Board finds that none of the real estate mentioned in the Assessment <br />Roll herein is especilly damaged and the said Roll is hereby adppted. <br />•It is further -ordered that notice of such awards of damages and assessments of <br />benefits be served by the Police Department according to the law and that a <br />hearing be had on the lst. day of July 1910 at 7-15 P.M. for the purpose of <br />hearing or receiving objections from any person or persons interested or affected. <br />by said matter. <br />J ' <br />Hearing given on Condemnation. Oliver Trustee for J€mer, Oliver Estate remonstrated <br />by ."ilin�r, a remonstrance; all re -no nstrrune es overruled and thereupon.being fully advised <br />in the matter the Board takes final Faction an said resolution,aonfirming without <br />modifioat on,all former action token on the game. <br />The Board. therefore declare the above property in all t_Zings condemned and <br />appropriated for the public uge; The Board now orders that a list of roll be prepared <br />of all the owners or holders of property and of valuable interests tr�erein maught to be <br />taken or to be injuriously affected, whiek said list ®r roll s tall also Oeseribe the <br />property benefi tally affected. <br />President <br />
