6 6 1 <br />Board met in regular session at 10 A.M, all members present. <br />v Sewer and Water connections on Diamond Avenue and Brick Avenue approved and ordered to be <br />-reported to the Common Council for ratification. <br />/Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate Bnr Asphalt Pavement on LaPorte <br />Avenue from Oak Street to Michigan Avenue -under Improvement Resolution No. 599• <br />No remonstratees appeared and no remonstrances were filed,the Board therefore find that <br />the property assessed in said rolls filed 4,uneilOt}h.1910is benefited in the amount <br />of assessments as shown on said rolls,and the Board further find that the assessment roll@ <br />filed on June 10 th. 1910 and the final estimate allowed July lst. 1910 should be and <br />.the same are hereby in -all things ratified,confirmed and approved. <br />J Hearing. given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate forEAsphalt Pavement:on Howard <br />Avenue from LaPorte Avenue.to Michigan Avenue under. Sqo-td. <br />/ Harry N. Barnes was awarded the.contract for Osborn Street and Millers Court pavement. <br />with Nelsonville Block @ # 1.63 per Sq.Yd. <br />Ewing A.venueCurbeand Grade improvement Resolution No.602 defered untill June 17th.1910 <br />''.Engineer filed Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for A.gpholt Pavement on LaPorte Avenue <br />from Oak Street to Michigan Avenue under Improvement Resolution NO.599. <br />Resolved,that notices as to the amuunts of assessments be published for six consecutive <br />days in the South Bend Daily Times,commencing on the 29th. day of June 1910 stating <br />that this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in t <br />the City Hall,en the Sth. day of July 1910at 7-15 P.M. <br />Resolved further,that the entire work done under the above contracts be accepted and <br />approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be <br />published on the 29th. of June 1910 in the South Bend Daily Times,stating that this <br />Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall <br />on the Sth. day of July 1910 at 7-15 P.M. <br />Engineer filed assessment Roll and Final Estimates for Aspholt Pavement on Howard <br />Avenue from LaPorte to Michigan Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.606. <br />Resolved,that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive <br />days in the South Bend Daily Times,commencing.on the 29th. day of June 1910 stating <br />triat this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office <br />in the City Hall on the 9th. day of July 1910 at 7-15 P.M. <br />Resolved further,that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved <br />and the Final Estimate thereon allowed.
