The Commissioners are: <br />Mess s. Fred J. Helmen, John E. Chenney, B. L. Wade, Donald A. Wiggins <br />and Rev. Willie V. Williams. <br />hanks and congratulations have been extended to the Commissioners <br />by My. F. Jay Nimtz, President of the Redevelopment Trustees -- thanking <br />them for the many years of devotion and work they have given to this <br />civi duty of rebuilding South Bend.
