Demolition Company. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />Demolition Contract No. 1 be awarded to the low <br />bidde , B. & J. Demolition Company, in their bid <br />amoun of $20,305.00, and the President and Secre- <br />tary uthorized to enter into a contract, subject <br />to HU concurrence and Legal Counsel approval. Mo- <br />tion nanimously carried. <br />Equipment Lease Agreement: This Agreement is EQUIPMENT LEASE <br />with d Siebert and Sons Contracting Company, in amount AGREEMENT APPROVED, <br />of $2 400.00, for the rental of eleven (11) walk through R -66 <br />barri ade units (16 feet each), for a calendar period <br />of on year, expiring on November 18, 1973. <br />Mr. Taylor said rather than have each contractor furnish <br />the barricades and include this in the bid price, we <br />would lease the barricades from Ed Siebert and sublease <br />to the demolition contractors doing work along Michigan <br />Street and Washington Street, also for work along the <br />Mall rea, especially in vault demolition areas - -the <br />rent to be applied against above amount. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the <br />President and Secretary were authorized to enter into <br />this Equipment Lease Agreement, in amount of $2,400.00, <br />for otie calendar year.
