Williams, seconded by Mr. Wiggins, <br />Demolition Contract No. 31 was awarded to the low bidder, <br />Mille Construction Co., in bid amount of $19,750.00 <br />subje t to HUD concurrence, and if HUD will not approve <br />Mille Construction Co., the contract is to be awarded to <br />the second lowest bidder, Midwest Demolition Corporation, <br />in bid amount of $34,900.00 - -the President and Secretary <br />being authorized to enter into a contract with the success- <br />ful b dder, subject to our Legal Counsel approval.
