Due to weather problems, a modification is requested to approve change of completion date to December 31, 1972. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unanimously carried, modification of Change Order No. 2 for completion date of December 31, 1972 was approved. d. Option Agreement, Merry Avenue Project: Approval ONE (1) OPTION and uthorization was requested for the President to sign AGREEMENT APPROVED, one 1) Option Agreement, in the Merry Avenue Project, for PARCEL NO. 1 -10, Parc 1 No. 1 -10, located at 2138 West Washington Street, for MERRY AVENUE PROJECT a total sum of $11,100.00.
