9. JEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />Acquisition Parcel Nos. 1 -4 and 1 -6: Commission <br />approv 1 was requested for settlement on Acquisition <br />Parcel Nos. 1 -4 and 1 -6, as recommended by William J. <br />Hammes Commission Legal Counsel, per his letter dated <br />December 8, 1972, R -66 Project. <br />Motion for approval, as shown above, was made by Mr. <br />Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, and unanimously <br />carrie . <br />c. Acquisition Appraisal Contract: Authorization <br />to enter into an Acquisition Appraisal Contract with <br />Richarc A. Muessel, Jr. for reuse appraisals, on Parcel <br />Nos. 4-14 and 4 -15, in amount not to exceed $1,500.00, <br />R -66 Project, was requested. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, and <br />unanim usly carried, the President and Secretary were <br />authorized to enter into a Contract with Richard A. Muessel, <br />Jr. <br />e. Assignment of Contract with Cole Associates, Inc. <br />Authorization to enter into this Assignment with Cole <br />Associates, Inc. was requested. As of January 2, 1973, <br />Chas. W. Cole & Son, Incorporated will be succeeded by <br />Cole Associates, Inc., a new Indiana corporation formed <br />by four of their key executives, who will assume ownership <br />and operation of the company. The Assignment will cover <br />our R -57, E -3 and E -5 Projects for Site Improvement Con- <br />tracts. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and <br />unanimously carried, the President and Secretary were <br />authorized to enter into an Assignment of Contract cover- <br />ing the above three Projects. <br />f.
