Washington Building: rehabilitation of upper floo plans in progress. Smaller tenants to be relocated to make space available for ajor one tenant use in Sherland Building. Plan are in progress for JMS Annex Building, 125 -129 W. Wash ngton Street, offering available space for retail stor s and offices. Complete preliminary renovation estimates are being taken for 08 and 110 South Michigan Street Building, adjacent to Office Engineers. Tenant interest is being shown in the Katz Building, corner of Main and Colfax, and also the building adjacent Milady Shop, 123 -125 North Michigan Stre t, which would enable owners to renovate the buildings. Roya Inns site is progressing with the tower structure reac ing the third level.
