Demolition Contract No. 27 -B was for demoli- <br />tion work on Parcel Nos. 3 -12, 3 -13, 3 -14, 3 -15 and 3 -16, <br />thus leaving the party wall of the JMS Building exposed. <br />On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unani- <br />mously carried. Change Order No. 1 to Demolition Contract <br />No. 27 -B was approved for an increase in contract price of <br />$5,513.00, with three week extension of time. <br />g. Site Improvement Contract 1 to Phase II -C: Per- ADVERTISING APPROVED <br />mission was requested to advertise for this Contract, FOR SITE IMPROVEMENT <br />for service drives and storm sewers, in the Central Down- CONTRACT 1 TO PHASE <br />town Urban Renewal Project, R -66.
