7. OROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />Flyers have been passed out to each and every house and <br />building affected in the E -5 Code Enforcement area for <br />the second year. The people are more oriented to the <br />program and appreciate our help. <br />Emer6ency repair fund had a total of 14 cases. <br />Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, RELOCATION PROGRESS <br />Dire for of Residential Relocation, submitted a written REPORT <br />repo t: <br />R -66 All residents have moved. Expect additional <br />families to come on workload. <br />OSA- 3: One family remaining on workload -- purchased <br />home and should move by November 25. <br />E -3: Total workload 16--11 families and 5 individuals. <br />Approval for demolition before the Board of Works <br />for nine dwellings. <br />City-Wide: Workload seven families in substandard dwell- <br />ings. Size of some of the families are causing <br />difficulties in relocation. <br />E -5: Workload one family. <br />Merry Avenue Project: Workload 19 families and one <br />individual. One family and one individual moved <br />on their own -- individual will accept relocation <br />benefits; family will not accept relocation <br />benefits, refused any assistance. <br />Model Cities Substandard: Workload seven families in <br />substandard dwellings - -one family waiting for <br />Public Housing unit, one purchasing home, working <br />with remaining five. <br />R -57 Amendatory: Workload one family -- uncooperative in <br />relocating. Eight additional properties in La- <br />Salle Park are to be acquired. <br />Kaley School Site: The one family remaining in Kaley <br />School Project moved 9- 21 -72. Unless it is <br />determined some of the former residents are <br />eligible for additional payments, this project <br />will be closed. <br />8.
