7. OROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />_e Property Management: Rev. Kirk, Property <br />Manar, submitted his written report. <br />The ent roll for the month of October is $6,073.40, an <br />incr ase of $1,500.00 from September, from A -1 Parking <br />at M in and Jefferson Street. <br />The zbandoned cars in LaSalle Park are being looked into <br />by t e City Engineering Office. The trees felled by <br />high winds in the projects are being cleared from the <br />properties. <br />Farm fencing was installed along East Jefferson Boulevard <br />to p event automobiles from driving over the sidewalk. <br />Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Written <br />port were submitted by Mr. L. Glenn Barbe, Associate <br />Dire tor, for the site offices: <br />R -57; <br />E -3: <br />E -5: <br />One final inspection. <br />Nine (9) initial inspections; seven (7) final <br />inspections. <br />re- <br />Mrs. Renelda Robinson reported the following lots <br />have been cleaned by the Youth Employment: <br />Corby and St. Louis Blvd. (3 lots); <br />Napoleon Blvd. & St. Louis Blvd.; <br />900 block of N. Hill St.; 600 block <br />of South Bend Ave.; and 738 South <br />Bend Avenue (2 lots). <br />Twelve (12) initial inspections; four (4) re- <br />inspections; three (3) final inspections. <br />The �nancial advisors are currently processing 23 active <br />case - -8 loans and remaining grants. <br />Mrs. Margaret Rush, Neighborhood Coordinator, in her <br />Sept tuber written report advised, in the survey of dead <br />tree 3, in the first year code area there was a-total of <br />15 trees to be removed. The proposal to trim other trees <br />in tie area was approved by the Physical Committee, in <br />12th meeting. <br />A pr posal and contract from Youth Advocacy has generated <br />jobs for 30 youths in the Model Cities area to cut and <br />clear all 96 lots of weeds and debris.
