<br />Mrs. Janet S. Allen asked who we are hiring to clean up
<br />the lots downtown. Mr. Taylor advised Rev. Kirk has a
<br />coupe of contractors he has been using on this and is
<br />responsible for the lots until a contractor is awarded
<br />the demolition contract for the particular site.

<br />requested funds for remodeling the Northeast Neighbor-
<br />hood Center, located in the old Fire Station, on Notre
<br />Dame Avenue. The neighborhood residents felt since
<br />Kell Park was not approved, they needed a place for
<br />meet ng purposes, etc. A homemaking service program,
<br />which has been successful, will be held in the back
<br />port on, in which housekeeping, etc., is taught.
<br />This contract is far remodeling of the WITH NORTHEAST NEIGHBOR -
<br />Home akers Service Section of the Northeast Neighbor- HOOD COUNCIL AND PAC,

<br />of land and execution of quit -claim deed for transfer of
<br />title, Disposition Parcel No. 5 -1A, to the City of South
<br />Bend Project R -66. This is to convey the Northern part
<br />of the Civic Center property to the Civil City, located
<br />East of St. Joseph Street and North of a line 55 feet
<br />Sout of the South line of Jefferson Boulevard. The
<br />pric is $370,050.00.
