Working with one family to purchase <br />home who has poor credit. Continuing to work <br />with remaining workload. <br />Workload one family. Working with this family. <br />Avenue Project: Workload 21 -- consisting of 20 <br />families and 1 individual. Two families moved. <br />Continuing to work with remaining workload of <br />18 families and 1 individual. <br />Cities Substandard: Workload 5 families, sub- <br />standard housing. One family waiting for unit <br />in Public Housing; one family is in process of <br />purchasing a home; working with remaining work- <br />load. <br />R -57 Amendatory: Workload one family. This family re- <br />fuses to cooperate with Department for reloca- <br />tion.. Remaining eight properties to be acquired <br />by Department of Redevelopment. <br />Kale School Site: Workload one family. Family remains <br />temporarily relocated, has purchased home on <br />Ford Street -- waiting for closing. <br />c. NDP Application: Mr. Barbe advised there have <br />been a series of meetings on the NDP application. Mayor <br />and several others of the staff attended meeting Tuesday <br />night, August 29, with people who resided in the target <br />area for the first action year, and the following night, <br />August 30, met with the PAC Committee as a whole.
