Urban Design Review Committee Meeting: Mr. Taylor <br />ed two projects were discussed at that meeting: <br />1) Request of City Development Company, 711 J.M.S. <br />Building, to review the proposed construction <br />of four (4) retail establishments on Disposi- <br />tion Parcel No. 8 -3, at the Southwest corner <br />of Michigan and Wayne Streets, and <br />2) A preliminary proposal for retail stores, 210 <br />S. Michigan Street, immediately North of the <br />State Theatre and adjoining St. Joseph Bank <br />promenade. <br />Mr. Ronald P. Radecki, newly appointed member of the Urban <br />Design Review Committee, was present at the meeting and re- <br />viewed the plans. The plans of the City Development Company <br />were approved, and the preliminary proposal was reviewed and <br />the plans will be discussed further. <br />4N <br />will <br />Offic <br />NEXT MEETING <br />URBAN DESIGN <br />MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission NEXT MEETING, <br />be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, September 1, 1972, in the SEPTEMBER 1, 1972 <br />:e of the Department of Redevelopment. <br />10.
