Kirk's <br />request dated July 20 for the write -off and Mr. Miller's <br />directive dated July 27. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the above <br />write- ffs were authorized, subject to Legal Counsel ap- <br />proval, and unanimously carried. <br />g. Commercial Lease: Authorization was requested <br />for Co mercial Lease with The Peanut Shop, Inc., Parcel <br />No. 9-31, on a month -to -month basis, commencing August 1, <br />1972, at a monthly rental of $450.00, R -66 Project.
