6. NIEW BUSINESS (Cont 'd <br />Mr. Taylor advised these parcels were discussed in the <br />last Commission meeting, Executive Session, and a minimum <br />price established, but inadvertently neglected to bring <br />this up in the Regular Session for a formal motion. We <br />went ahead with the advertising - -the Legal Notice appeared <br />in The South Bend Tribune and Tri- County News July 28, and <br />a block advertisement showing the area location, under <br />"Lots for Sale" which appeared three times in The South <br />Bend Iribune. <br />These parcels are next to the J.M.S. building, located <br />at ll )-125 West Washington Street: <br />rcel 4 -70 -- approximately 6,916 sq. feet -- <br />Minimum Price: $80,502.24 <br />arcel 4 -72 -- approximately 432 sq. feet -- <br />Minimum Price: 2,907.80 <br />TOTAL: $83,410.04 <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, post approval <br />to establish minimum disposition price and advertise Disposi- <br />tion Parcels 4 -70 and 4 -72 was authorized and unanimously <br />carried. <br />b. <br />Disposition Parcel Nos. 4 -30A and 4 -30B: Mr. <br />DISPOSITION PARCEL NOS. <br />Taylor <br />advised additional reuse appraisals are needed and <br />4 -30A & 4 -30B TABLED, <br />this <br />tem is tabled. <br />R -66 <br />Postal Service Easement for Road or Street: Ac- <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />cepta <br />ce of the Agreement from the U.S. Army Corps of <br />ACCEPTED, U.S. POST <br />Engin <br />ers for the U.S. Post Office and Vehicle Maintenance <br />OFFICE, R -66 <br />Facility, <br />in South Bend, for the postal service easement <br />to install <br />postal drop boxes, was requested and the author- <br />ity for <br />the President and Secretary to sign the Easement <br />Agreement. <br />On motion <br />by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the Postal <br />Servi <br />a Easement Agreement was accepted and the President <br />and S <br />cretary authorized to sign, subject to Legal Counsel <br />appro <br />al.
