Property Management: Rev. Kirk submitted his PROPERTY MANAGEMENT <br />n report: <br />Starting rent roll for month of August is: <br />$3,586.00. Rent roll is decreasing as tenants <br />are moving. The rent -write off's approved today <br />will make quite a difference in Trial Balance. <br />The Flying Squad is continuing to do a fine job <br />in LaSalle Park. <br />Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Mr. Richard REHABILITATION RE- <br />ison, Rehabilitation Director, reported the following PORTS, R -57, E -3 & <br />ties in his written report: E -5 OFFICES <br />6 initial inspections; 9 additional inspections <br />for June report. 10 progress reports were made. <br />Financial Advisors are processing 54 cases to be <br />determined later as to grants, loans or owner <br />rehabilitation. <br />The Homemakers Service gave assistance to over 60 <br />elderly people in the Northeast area during July. <br />The Steering Committee of the Northeast PAC has <br />been formed to consider problem priorities and <br />relate to Council for action. <br />3 cases - -two grants and one loan. Inspectors <br />inspected four homes for Relocation Department <br />in which families are to be relocated. <br />10 initial inspections; 1 re- inspection; 12 <br />progress reports; and 4 final reports. <br />Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, <br />r of Residential Relocation, submitted the follow- <br />Remaining Workload 2 individuals - -one registered <br />at Housing Authority, other would like private <br />rental. <br />ide: 7 substandard families - -one family to Housing <br />Authority 8 -2; assisting one family with private <br />rental; continuing to work with five remaining <br />families. <br />- 11 - <br />RELOCATION PROGRESS <br />REPORT <br />
