<br />E -3, with Rieth -Riley Construction
<br />Company, contract amount: $247,625.00.
<br />3) Contract A and B, for Construction of 2,853.26
<br />Streets and Curbs, and Sidewalks, E -5,
<br />with Rieth -Riley Construction Co., Inc.,
<br />contract amount: $86,462.50.
<br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, the
<br />Presi ent and Secretary were authorized to enter into,
<br />and execute, the above contracts with the Board of Public
<br />Works for engineering and inspection services, not to
<br />exceec the maximum sums designated. Motion unanimously
<br />carri d.
<br />d. Contract approvals for Commission execution:
<br />Post zpproval was requested for President and Secretary
<br />to enter into a contract, subject to approval of Commission
<br />Legal Counsel and HUD concurrence, for:
<br />1 Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 6,
<br />R -57, with B. & J. Demolition Company.
<br />2 Contract A and B, Construction of Streets and
<br />Curbs, and Sidewalks, E -5, with Rieth -Riley
<br />Construction Co., Inc.
<br />These contracts were awarded in Commission meeting of
<br />May 5 however, Commission authorization is needed for
<br />the President and Secretary to enter into and execute
<br />said dontracts.
<br />Above motion was made by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr.
<br />Wade, and unanimously carried.

<br />e Change Order No. 3 to Demolition Contract No._ 15 -C: CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
<br />Approval of this Change Order was requested, with Ritschard TO DEMOLITION CONTRACT
<br />Brothers, Inc., R -66, for a decrease in contract price of NO. 15 -C APPROVED, R -66
<br />$4,720.00, with no change in time. The deletion covers
<br />the following items:
