6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />ChangE Order No. 3 to Demolition Contract No. 15 -C, with <br />Ritsc and Brothers, Inc., was authorized for a decrease <br />in co tract price of $4,720.00, with no change in time. <br />Motior unanimously carried. <br />f. Resolution No. 409: This Resolution authorizes RESOLUTION NO. 409 <br />the execution of the Redevelopment Agreement for the Dis- ADOPTED, R -57 <br />position of land and the execution of warranty deed for <br />the transfer of title to Walczak Construction Company, <br />for Parcel No. 13 -5, R -57, in the amount of $625.00. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 409, <br />secon ed by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously carried. <br />g. Resolution No. 410: This Resolution authorizes RESOLUTION NO. 410 <br />the a ecution of the Redevelopment Agreement for the Dis- ADOPTED, R -57 <br />position of land and the execution of warranty deed for <br />the transfer of title to Jonathan Davis, for South 20 feet <br />of Parcel No. 13 -15, in the amount of $187.00, R -57. <br />Mr. Chenney moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 410, <br />secon ed by Mr. Wiggins, and unanimously carried. <br />h. Real Estate Appraisal Contracts: These are <br />acqui ition appraisal contracts, for the Merry Avenue <br />Proje t, between the Department of Redevelopment and <br />1) Jack R. Harris, SRA, and <br />2) Hubert M. Weaver, SRA. <br />Compensation is as stipulated in the contracts. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, the <br />two Real Estate Appraisal Contracts were approved and the <br />Presi ent and Secretary authorized to execute the documents. <br />Motior unanimously carried. <br />id Contracts with Abstract and Title Corporation and <br />the Abstract Company of St. Joseph County, Inc.: These are <br />contracts for professional services with each of the above, <br />for t e Merry Avenue Project. Scope of services and com- <br />pensa ion are as specified in the contracts. <br />On mo ion by Rev. Williams., seconded by Mr. Wiggins, the <br />contr cts with the Abstract and Title Corporation, and <br />with lbstract Company of St. Joseph County, Inc. were ap- <br />prove(, and the President and Secretary authorized to <br />execute the documents.
