C MMUNICATION <br />a. HUD letter dated June 1, 1972: This letter is SOUTHEAST NEIGHBOR - <br />over tie signature of Mr. David W. Marr, Program Manager, HOOD PAC MEETING, <br />relati g to their meeting in Indianapolis with the South- INDIANAPOLIS <br />east N ighborhood PAC Committee and HUD officials regard- <br />ing fu ding for various programs. <br />Per Commission request in June 2 meeting, Mr. Taylor said <br />he wrote a letter to Mr. Garrett Mullins, President of <br />the Southeast PAC Committee, suggesting that the Executive <br />Board of this Committee meet with the Redevelopment Com- <br />mission in this office to discuss what can be done. An <br />answe has not been forthcoming. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Grant Correction, E -3: A correction was re- <br />quested to be made in the Minutes of April 21, 1972, <br />under Item 6, New Business, m. Rehabilitation Grants, <br />Indiana E -3 Project, Parcel 32 -29, at 816 Almond Court, <br />the grant amount approved by the Commission should have <br />been "$2,660.00 ", in lieu of $3,500.00. <br />Mr. Oggins moved for the change as detailed, seconded by <br />Mr. W de, and unanimously carried. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Resolution No. 407: This Resolution authorizes <br />the preparation and execution of contract and warranty <br />deed to the First Bank & Trust Company of South Bend, as <br />Trustee for Land Trust No. 29 -5094, as City Development <br />Compa y, for purchase of Disposition Parcel No. 8 -3, for <br />a tot 1 purchase price of $56,661.00, Ind.
