Williams & Associates, <br />Consultant, to discuss this award, and all concerned felt <br />this was one of the best bids we have received in the <br />entire bids thus far received in the City. The Engineer's <br />estimate for this job was $263,868.20. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, Phase II -D <br />Contract was awarded to the low bidder, Morse Electric <br />Compan , in the bid amount of $173,781.63, and the Presi- <br />dent a d Secretary authorized to enter into a contract, <br />subject to approval of Commission Legal Counsel and HUD <br />concur ence.
