Annual Meeting of State Chapter of NAHRO: STAFF AUTHORIZED TO <br />Au horization was requested for six 6 staff members, ATTEND STATE CHAPTER <br />Plus any of the Commissioners who may wish to attend the ANNUAL MEETING OF <br />Annual Meeting of the State Chapter of NAHRO, June 28 NAHRO <br />th ough 30, 1972, in Nashville, Brown County, Indiana. <br />Thl Commissioners had other commitments and would not be <br />at ending the session. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams, six <br />(6 staff members were authorized to attend. Motion <br />un nimously carried. <br />k. Resolution Nos. 403 & 404: These Resolutions <br />au horize the submission to City Council for approval <br />of amendatory application for Code Enforcement Contract <br />fot funding the second action year projects: <br />Mr. <br />Eni <br />i <br />th <br />wi <br />$1 <br />su <br />Resolution No. 403: Northeast Code Enforcement <br />Project, Ind. E -3 <br />Resolution No. 404: Model Cities East Code <br />Enforcement Project, E -5 <br />Taylor said originally these were three -year Code <br />orcement Projects. HUD did not know how we would <br />our money for the second year. HUD approved the <br />st year funding and have requested we submit an <br />ndatory Application for the second year. Any <br />ey left over from the first year operation runs <br />ough the second year. For the second year, HUD <br />l fund $300,000.00 for the two projects - -or <br />0,000.00 for each project.
