Presi- <br />dent Helmen said this is a good idea and would be a <br />sim le solution. <br />It was recommended the Council Chambers be used for <br />the meetings, or the Board of Works Conference Room <br />possibly. However, feasibly this would not be ideal <br />as at times various records are needed for the meet- <br />ings. With the attendance in the meetings, a larger <br />are may be needed in time. <br />10.
