A decision
on t e South Bend application should be forthcoming no
late than April 30, 1972.
Code Enforcement applications from South Bend are being
reviewed. Due to the amount of money sub - allocated to
the Area Office for Code Enforcement and to the demand
for this money by various communities, it does not ap-
pear likely Ind. E -6 Project will be funded during this
fiscal year. In addition, any approved second year fund -
ing for Ind. E -3 Project and /or Ind.
