INEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />These houses are now completed and have been inspected. <br />In discussing the homes built by George Cimermancic, <br />our Redevelopment Staff approved the changes from the <br />original plans. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />Certi icates of Completion of Redevelopment were ap- <br />prove for execution and unanimously carried. <br />. Amendment to Contract with Clyde E. Williams & <br />Associates Inc.: Mr. Taylor advised the proportion <br />of amendment in Article VI -G stipulated a maximum fee <br />based on percentage of contracts at $170,000. With the <br />additional work under design now, based on the same <br />perce tage of fees, it will run higher. The maximum <br />allow ble fee is only being changed, to: $350,000. <br />The professional service fees were dated December 6, <br />1969--all under Article VI- D - -and the hourly salary <br />costs have increased. This maximum allowable fee will <br />cover the contingencies. This is for design - -on a <br />perce tage basis- -all standard engineers group.
