Practicing Law Institute Legal Seminar: Authori- <br />zation was requested for our Commission Legal Counsel to <br />attend the Practicing Law Institute Legal Seminar on Real <br />Estate Evaluation in Condemnation, on February 11 and 12, <br />at Las Vegas, Nevada. The fee is $150.00, which includes <br />a cour a handbook. The discussion will be on appraisals, <br />zoning, damages in condemnation actions, regulations in <br />Federa and State relocation programs, etc. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for the authorization of Commission <br />Legal ounsel to attend the above Seminar. Motion se- <br />conded by Rev. Williams and unanimously carried. <br />k. Quit -Claim Deed: Commission Legal Counsel, <br />Mr. Ch rles Roemer, presented a Quit -Claim Deed to <br />Tower ederal Savings and Loan Association, to convey <br />and quit-claim West on South line a distance of one <br />and fo ty -two hundredths (1.42) feet and East one and <br />forty- fight hundredths (1.48) feet on the South line <br />of Was ington Street (being the North line of said Lot <br />Number ?d 258), for and in consideration of One Dollar <br />and of er good and valuable considerations, in the R -66 <br />Projec <br />Resolu ion No. 388 is assigned authorizing the Quit - <br />Claim teed. <br />Mr. Wi gins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. <br />388 an the President and Secretary be authorized to <br />execut the Quit -Claim Deed. Motion seconded by Rev. <br />Willia s and unanimously carried. <br />7.
