Rent Abatement: Mr. Paul Becher, Commercial RENT ABATEMENT, <br />Relocation Director, requested rent allowance for the PARCEL NO. 9 -12, R -66 <br />month of November for City -B -Q. This request is due <br />to duplicate rent charge for old quarters at 114 S. <br />Main Street, Parcel No. 9 -12, and their new quarters at <br />112 - Monroe Street. The delay in the opening of Monroe <br />Stre t prevented the tenant from moving into their new <br />quar ers, in November. <br />On m tion by Rev.
