Credit Report Contracts with Credit Bureau of CONTRACTS APPROVED <br />South B nd Inc. Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, Commission WITH CREDIT BUREAU <br />Legal C unse -'r, requested authorization for the'President OF SOUTH BEND INC., <br />and Sec etary to execute the contracts and enter into an E -3 & E -5 PROJECT <br />agreeme t with the Credit Bureau of South Bend, Inc., for. <br />E-3 Pro ect, Northeast Code Enforcement; and E -5 Project, "' <br />Model Cities Code Enforcement. The service fee is $48.00 <br />per ann m beginning on -the date of the contract, plus '$4.50 <br />for eacl credit report furnished and miscellaneous out-of- <br />pocket xpenses. <br />On motion by Rev. Williams seconded by Mr. Chesney, the <br />Preside tit and Secretary were authorized to execute the <br />above contracts. Motion unanimously carried. <br />k. Agreement for Sale of Improvements on Real Estate: AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF <br />This agreement is between Anna Fae Brown, Beatrice Lucille IMPROVEMENTS ON REAL <br />Nevel, Shirley Babbette Waks, Rael Frank Brown and Marilyn ESTATE, PARCEL NO. 12 -5, <br />Ila Brown, and the Redevelopment Commission. This provides R -66 <br />notice to the tenants terminating their interest in and to <br />said improvements effective on or before April 1, 1972. <br />Per Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, Commission Legal Counsel, <br />the above is for information purpose only. <br />Lease: This lease is on a month -to -month basis, . SOUTH BEND PARKING CO., <br />commencing November 1, 1971, with South Bend Parking Co., INC. LEASE, PORTIONS <br />Inc. an4 this Department for all available parking, owned OF PARCEL NOS. 4 -3 & <br />by Less r, located East of Mill Street and West of proposed 4 -20, R -66 <br />St. Jos ph Street, subject to Lessor's right to use any of <br />said area for construction purposes or for fill.
