Relocation Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, Residential RELOCATION REPORT <br />Relocation Director, submitted a written report, as follows: <br />1) Ce tral Downtown R -66: 1) Central Downtown, <br />R -66 <br />Total workload is 1.3; 6" families, 7 individuals. Four <br />fa ilies moved since last report, and staff is continuing <br />to work with remaining families. <br />2) La alle Park, R -57: 2) LaSalle Park, R -57 <br />On family remains on workload, currently living in <br />th Central Downtown area. Two families have moved. <br />3) City-Wide: <br />Cu rently working with eight large families in this <br />ar a--all substandard. Two families trying to purchase <br />235 homes. One family is waiting for a unit in LaSalle <br />Pa ,k Homes. Four families have moved. <br />4) Kaley School Site: <br />Th -ee families remain on workload; one family moved <br />si ce last report;-235 loan application approved for <br />on family who will build a new home on locating a <br />lot; one family closed 11 -17 -71 and will be moving <br />in two weeks. <br />5) Open Space= Park Site: <br />On individual remains -- waiting for a unit-in Public <br />Ho sing. <br />6) Randolph- Sampson Street Project: <br />3) City -Wide <br />4) Kaley School Site <br />5) Open Space - Park <br />Site <br />6) Randolph- Sampson <br />Street Project <br />Three families remain; two have purchased new homes and <br />are waiting to move; one family is closing on replacement <br />ho sing next week, to move in December. <br />e. Rehabilitation Report, E -5 Office: Mr. Richard A. REHABILITATION REPORT, <br />Madison, Rehabi itation Director, advised inspections are beingE -5 OFFICE <br />made on a daily basis. The financial advisors are assisting <br />the homb owners. <br />Programming, scheduling and coordinating have been accomplished. <br />Two flyers have been circulated from this office, and the third <br />flyer i3 being completed. <br />f. 312 Loans: Mr. Ashenfelter advised a meeting was LPA APPROVAL OF 312 <br />held ye i terd in our office with Messrs. William Hammes, LOANS <br />Commisson Legal Counsel; L. Glenn Barbe; Marvin Rubin and <br />Joe Pan ro, HUD representatives,on LPA approval of 312 Loans. <br />-10- <br />
