COUNSEL APPROVAL <br />Mr. James H. Neidigh, Neidigh & Associates, gave alpre- <br />senta ion of the program as suggested for the Model <br />Cities and Southeast Neighborhood areas, which will in- <br />clude both clearance and rehabilitation: <br />1) Model Cities area- -will include a total <br />4.9 acres -- bounded by Olive Street on the <br />st, Orange Street on the South, Sadie Street <br />the East, and Linden Avenue on the North. <br />is will be predominately a clearance area. <br />2) The Southeast area - -will include 8.2 <br />cres -- covering two areas in this action year: <br />he first area is roughly bounded by Pennsylvania, <br />lder, extension of St. Joseph Street and Michi- <br />an Street, and is predominately clearance.
