The demolition contractor, <br />APPROVED, R -66 <br />Ed Siebert & <br />Sons, felt the lobby of the Granada Theater <br />should be left <br />in to support the Indiana Employment <br />Service Buil <br />ing. When the I.E.S. building is taken <br />down, the co <br />tractor will then remove the lobby. The <br />same contractor <br />has both buildings, thus no change in <br />cost. The c <br />ange in time is from 30 days to 50 days. <br />On motion by <br />Mr. Wiggins, seconded.by Mr. =Wade, Change <br />Order No. 1 <br />to Contract No. 11 -A was approved and unani- <br />mous ly carri <br />ad. <br />h. Chaige <br />Order No. 1 to Contract No. 11 -B: This <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />Change Order <br />covers authorization to leave the E,as.t <br />TO CONTRACT:NO. 1l'=B <br />footing under <br />the East foundation wall in place-to - <br />APPROVED, R -66 <br />protect the <br />water main, at the Old Welfare Building, <br />at 123 -127 Est <br />Washington, Parcel No. 4 -19. Approxi- <br />mately 28 fe <br />t is involved, with no change in time or <br />,money. Change <br />Order No. 1 to Demolition Contract No. 12 -C: <br />CHANGE'ORDER NO::1 <br />This Change <br />rder is for the demolition and removal of a <br />TO DEMOLITION CONTRACT <br />garage on tha <br />rear of Parcel No. 27 -13, at 523 East Monroe <br />N04 12-C APPROVED,, <br />Street, to ba <br />added to original Demolition.Contract No.- <br />R -66 <br />12 -C. Becau <br />a of a short time element, which would have <br />delayed the <br />tarting of Contract 1 for Phase 1 awarded to <br />Rieth -Riley <br />onstruction Company, a quick demolition was <br />accomplished. <br />The contract price is increased Two Hundred <br />Twenty -Eight <br />($228.00) Dollars, with no change in time. <br />On motion by <br />Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, Change <br />Order No. 1 <br />to Demolition Contract No. 1:2 =C was approved, <br />with motion <br />inanimously carried. <br />j. Chaige <br />Order No. 1 to Contract No. l Construction: <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />This is an a <br />dition to the work covering the removal of <br />TO CONTRACT NO. 1 <br />sidewalks, c <br />rbs and streets for .the purpose of ,install- <br />PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION <br />ing sanitary <br />sewers. This was intended to be part of <br />APPROVED, R -66 <br />Demolition C <br />ntract No. 15 but was deleted. The Change <br />Order is an <br />ddition to Contract No. 1, Phase 1 Construc- <br />tion, in amount <br />of $2,780.05. <br />On motion by <br />Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, Change <br />Order No. 1 <br />to Contract No. 1, Phase 1, was approved for <br />an additional <br />amount of $2,780.05 to contract.
