Chaige Order No. 1,to Contract No. 11 -A: This CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Change Order was occasioned by the rental of the Indiana TO CONTRACT NO. 11 -A Employment S rvice Building. The demolition contractor, APPROVED, R -66 Ed Siebert & Sons, felt the lobby of the Granada Theater should be left in to support the Indiana Employment Service Buil ing. When the I.E.S. building is taken down, the co tractor will then remove the lobby. The same contractor has both buildings, thus no change in cost. The c ange in time is from 30 days to 50 days. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded.by Mr. =Wade, Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 11 -A was approved and unani- mous ly carri ad. h. Chaige Order No. 1 to Contract No. 11 -B: This CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Change Order covers authorization to leave the E,as.t TO CONTRACT:NO. 1l'=B footing under the East foundation wall in place-to - APPROVED, R -66 protect the water main, at the Old Welfare Building, at 123 -127 Est Washington, Parcel No. 4 -19. Approxi- mately 28 fe t is involved, with no change in time or ,money. If tie foundation had been removed, it would have damaged the water main. On motion by Mr. Wade, seconded by; Mr. 'Wiggins, Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 11 -B was approved and unani - •mously carri d. i. Change Order No. 1 to Demolition Contract No. 12 -C: CHANGE'ORDER NO::1 This Change rder is for the demolition and removal of a TO DEMOLITION CONTRACT garage on tha rear of Parcel No. 27 -13, at 523 East Monroe N04 12-C APPROVED,, Street, to ba added to original Demolition.Contract No.- R -66 12 -C. Becau a of a short time element, which would have delayed the tarting of Contract 1 for Phase 1 awarded to Rieth -Riley onstruction Company, a quick demolition was accomplished. The contract price is increased Two Hundred Twenty -Eight ($228.00) Dollars, with no change in time. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, Change Order No. 1 to Demolition Contract No. 1:2 =C was approved, with motion inanimously carried. j. Chaige Order No. 1 to Contract No. l Construction: CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 This is an a dition to the work covering the removal of TO CONTRACT NO. 1 sidewalks, c rbs and streets for .the purpose of ,install- PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION ing sanitary sewers. This was intended to be part of APPROVED, R -66 Demolition C ntract No. 15 but was deleted. The Change Order is an ddition to Contract No. 1, Phase 1 Construc- tion, in amount of $2,780.05. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade, Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1, Phase 1, was approved for an additional amount of $2,780.05 to contract. Motion unanimously carried. 11. _:
