(LFA) finalized design services, prepared contract documents, and <br />submitted a quote package that was distributed by the City and received on August 27, 2019. All <br />received quotes exceeded allowable threshold. The City now desires LFA to adjust these contract <br />documents for bidding.The City has requested LFA to prepare a bid package for this project.
