c) Compile a certified bid tabulation sheet and assist City staff in analyzing the <br />bids provided for an award recommendation. <br />5) Task 5 - Construction Engineering Services: CBBEL will provide "As -Needed" <br />Construction Engineering Services that include: <br />a) Attend the pre -construction meeting, review project submittals, and respond to <br />design questions that come up during construction. <br />b.
