<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Kyle Silveus,. Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on
<br />behalf of Larson -Danielson Construction, Inc., 302 Tyler St., LaPorte, IN 46350, indicating the
<br />contract be increased by sixty-three (63) days for a new contract completion date of December
<br />20, 2019. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Mr. Kain and carried, the Change
<br />Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 — J.C. LAUBER SITE IMPROVEMENTS — PROJECT
<br />NO. 118-083B (REDA TIF)
<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Kyle Silveus, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 3 on
<br />behalf of Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., 25200 State Road 23, South Bend, IN 46614,
<br />indicating the contract amount be increased by $8,882.38 for a new contract sum, including this
<br />Change Order, in the amount of $416,367.38. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by
<br />Mr. Kain and carried, the Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 510 MAIN STREET BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS —
<br />PROJECT NO. 119-084 (EDIT/ REDEVELOPMENT GRANTS & SUBSIDIES)
<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Ms. Alicia Czarnecki, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on
<br />behalf of hc3 LLC d/b/a St. Clair Development, PO Box 6114, South Bend, IN 46660,
<br />indicating the contract amount be increased by $5,219.46 for a new contract sum, including this
<br />Change Order, in the amount of $154,704.46. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by
<br />Mr. Kain and carried, the Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE CENTER — LOW

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Zach Hurst, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on
<br />behalf of Brite Electric, Inc., PO Box 1190, Granger, IN 46530, indicating the contract amount
<br />be increased by $2,850 for a new contract sum, including this Change Order, in the amount of
<br />$38,750. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Mr. Kain and carried, the Change
<br />Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — OLIVE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on behalf
<br />of Bowen Engineering, 8802 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46260, indicating the contract
<br />amount be decreased by $418,361 for a new contract sum, including this Change Order, in the
<br />amount of $1,378,109. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Mr. Kain and carried,
<br />the Change Order was approved.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 (Final) on

<br />46613, indicating the contract amount be decreased by $12,077.50 for a new contract sum,
<br />including this Change Order, in the amount of $262,140.50. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kain and carried, the Change Order was approved.
