Michigan St. <br />Mr. Helmen <br />raised the question on the leases being both <br />residential <br />and commercial in reference to the delin- <br />quencies, <br />etc. and how they are being handled. <br />The Relocation <br />Office is handling all the leases and <br />the records. <br />Mr. Hammerschmidt stated the delinquencies <br />are all <br />residential and not commercial. The delinquent <br />tenants <br />have all been given notices and the next step <br />will <br />be to evict. <br />On motion <br />by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the <br />above <br />stated Commercial Leases were approved for the <br />stateJ <br />amounts. Motion was unanimously carried. <br />.
