Resolution No. 348: Approving the undertaking of 'a <br />General Neighborhood Renewal Plan and filing of <br />application for Federal advance of funds for the <br />Southeast Neighborhood "area. <br />Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 266-71. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 348, <br />seconded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously carried. <br />d. Resolution No. 349: Approving undertaking of survey and <br />plans for an Urban Renewal Project known as the <br />Southeast Neighborhood and filing of an application. <br />Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 267 -71. <br />Mr. Chenney moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 349, <br />seconded by Mr. Wiggins, and unanimously carried. <br />ant were Mr. Michael Obringer, of the Area Plan Commission, who pre'- <br />i the documents on the Model Cities Program; and Mr. James H.
